That would depend on what his goals are. You can not just put a total novice or beginner on a 5day split with one muscle group a day

his goal is to loose the fat, he never gymed before.. no diet..he won't follow a diet because at his home he has to eat what's on the table,it's generally clean lots of eggs, chicken, rice, cereal, so I know he won't reach his goals anytime soon, would just like to know what's the best type of training he should be on..

I would suggest putting hom on a begginer bodybuilding program. If he is totally new to trsining thete is no need for him to do any isolation movements. Let him master and perfect the form of all the compound moves like. Deadlift. Squat. Bench Press and Milatary or Shoulder press. Get him to do pull ups for the back. Considering his age get his strength up so have him do all exceciseis with perfect form with a heavy weight no more than 8reps aim for no more than 5sets. Let him rest a day or so bettween workouts as he progresess thrn you make training more frequent and more intense

It is on you. It always has been...

My suggestion. Stick to alot of the compound movements. deadlift. sqaut. bench. military press. and core strength. and teach perfect form with these first.

Dont let him get caught up in the chest bicep routine as alot of guys and get everything well balanced from the start.

Not to many isolations. Focus om the back. and chest. and legs and get the big mucsles up.
Alot of rest. Do not overtrain. And teach him not to lift with ego but with perfect form. and good mind muscle connection.

Also remember cardio is important. as well as lots of strength core work.

Give me the strength to forgive those who curl in the sqaut rack
