Hey guys

I have been offered one of those expensive vibrating machines at a real good price. The one u stand on etc. And no I'm not talking about a vibrator.....get ur minds out the gutter lol.

Anyway would this be beneficial at all? Personally never rated this kind of stuff but also never tried it either. Don't see where it would fit in with training diet and cardio and maybe just an expensive gimmick?

The title made me check twice

I don't rate them, think all they do is improve circulation, beneficial if suffering from varicose veins, neuropathy perhaps?

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Those things are useless for bodybuilding or fatloss. A buddy of mine had one and just got rid of it. There's a reason they go cheap second hand.
