Good day all.
Near the end of November i started getting this bad pain in my elbow, at first after some research i thought it was a pinched ulnar nerve, but decided to go see the doc after all, so he diagnosed me with what he said "start of a tennis elbow" gave me pills some cortisone and said i must take it easy and rest, so exactly what i did, took a month off...a month to long id say hahaha but anyways what my post is about is, i went back on Monday, all went well but still could not do Tri's as it hurts like a bitch once i do any type of tri exercise accept cable push downs and dumbbell kickbacks.
yesterday was chest day went well, never went to heavy, chest is nice and sore today but the elbow is in such pain, the pain basically come from the inner bone, right on the tip of that bone, having a hard time moving my arm to my mouth and taking it behind my head, hurt like hell! now according to Google its some kind of golfers elbow which is basically the same as a tennis elbow but just on the inside, any idea if this could be it?
I'm looking to go back to the doc but will probably only be able to do so on Friday or Saturday, so i have decided to let it rest once again.....not happy but i guess it's for the best.
Now since all of us know it December time, and this dos not mean i have to stay out of the gym completely, so one more question, any idea on some exercises that will not target the elbow area that much or not at all? i found that bicep curls didn't heart me anyhow, as well as hammer curl was a bit of a pinch but not really something i can call pain. but any push movement kills my elbow, any advise on how to get a workout on chest/shoulders without the ugly push movement that would kill my elbows?
As well as some good workouts for the midsection please as ill have plenty of time to work on that this December (leave from the 12 Dec to 5 Jan

)
ill still continue my normal leg day and Bicep day as to the tri's i will keep it to the exercises that dos not hurt to much, or refrain from doing tri's until it heals.
Looking forward to the reply's
Regards
Marius
