I'd say use the opportunity to hammer legs and Biceps. But ensure complete isolation when doing biceps and not so heave that your shoulder starts to work.

What I would do at least, but Im trying to bring up legs and Bis

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

I also needed to see the physio med cycle. Was just in minor injury in my shoulder though. Passed in a week or so. Like Mason said. Hit the other muscles. The cycle will actually help with healing too.

Do NOT opt for the "train only the one shoulder" route.

Good luck mate
