Lethargic and not motivated was created by Perpetuous Dreamer
Hi Guys

So lately I am feeling constantly lethargic in gym( even with pre workout)
Diet is 80% strict as Im still getting back into the swing of things after the holidays and taking a good break from training and dieting
I am consuming more than enough carbs so I don't think thats an issue
Somehow I just cannot train with the intensity that I used to and I crash midway through my workout or find myself just going through the motions and forcing myself to finish a workout

Any suggestions?

Get bloods done.

Testosterone
E2
Thyroid
liver and kidney functioN
also a full blood count.

May find the problems there.

Forcing yourself to finish a workout is not necessarily a bad thing. No one enjoys every workout, every time. I tell my son to grind through the tough training sessions, because firstly they strengthen you mentally, and secondly, you can't appreciate the good sessions unless you have tough sessions to compare them to. All part of our game.

Are you coming off PCT?

If not then I rate this is just a mental block... You need to remember the reasons you train and re-evaluate your goals... Get excited man! This is something you love!

Then push like you've never pushed before change your routine... Diet must be 100% and focus...

Anything less than that and you're looking for an excuse.

OK now that makes a bit more sense, yeah bud you just going to have to push through. You put in the work on cycle now you will have to push through to the end.
Best of luck bud!

This could also be from using too much Anti - Estrogens

Only bloods will tell for sure, but you can certainly expect to feel somewhat flat coming off cycle. Your body is fighting for homeostasis and trying to correct the imbalances that the cycle created

Have you gone for a simple blood pressure check? that could also be an issue.

He said earlier he is in his bridge. This is perfectly normal as during your bridge your test:estro ratio starts to go crazy. I wreckon if you use a very light AI dosage you will feel much better. Otherwise just get some B12 and B-Complex shots to help with energy.

Check out some of those motivational videos on youtube. Some of them are intense, i remember watching a Johnnie Jackson one just before hitting back and i was motivated AF! Check them out some time.

Pre-workout = placebo

Cheers
