Abs was created by Mince
Ok this is the biggest thing that everyone asks and i know its diet diet diet and everyone is saying its dependant on your genes how your abs are gonna come out. I have been gyming for 3 years always hunting for that ilusive 6 pack but i come to 4 blocks and then i cant get the layer of fat away for that dam lower abs my lowest fat percentage was 7% and i could still not see it.

I have looked on the net and see these okes where these huge blocks. Now what i wanna know is.
I heard weight training for abs isnt a good thing cause you gonna build your six pack the wrong way and its gonna look like you have love handles or steroid gut.

If i want a bigger six pack what would be the key things to look at excercise wise, food wise and if theres a cycle will it be a straight cutting cycle and what would be that stack?

You pretty much answered your own question dude! Diet, diet, abs are made in the kitchen! As for that last bit of flab
that you can't get rid off....if cash is of no issue, I would use gh and pin that area! You ought to get some extra fat reduction in that area from "site pins" and gh will help u lean out overall too! Provided your diet is on par offcourse.

Not necessarily, just give your abs time to heal, like any other muscle group.

Remember to do leg raises as well.

Nothing wrong with training your abs Hard.. as per every other muscle.

Only guys with gifted genetics and loads of GH can elude training them for thickness Amd to bring them out.

Training abs wont give You gut either. Insulin and hgh is the cause of that.. growth of organs etc.
