Leg Day was created by TheMachine099
Hey guys. I've been wondering, would it be better to split quad/hamstring sessions or would it just be better to do a full leg day. Im currently training legs twice a week but thinking of doing a quad session on Tuesdays and a Hamstring session on Friday.

Personal preference.. I train legs 4 days a week now.. but only 1 exercise but 4 sets.. 30 sec / max 45 sec break between sets

Oh I see. And does this style of training give decent development?

I do a full workout on Wednesdays (7 exercises, some 4 sets and the rest 3) and on Saturdays I do 2 exercises with lower intensity.

This method works well for me

I split Quads and Hamstrings otherwise I can't walk for the rest of the week. I do Hammies with Back. Very happy with this decision.

it does for my requirements.. you going to need to do 4 weeks intervals and see what happens with one training style then mix it up..

I do hammies with lower back, find straight leg deadlift and hyper extensions serve dual purposes here.

Quads I do with shoulders.

Calves with arms.

When it hurts... That's when i start counting, because that's when it starts to count.

Exactly! While warming up and warming down for Rack Pulls I do stiff leg DL's thereafter just finish the hammies off. I do traps with Back too.
