Hi everyone

I stumbled upon the project mass workout program.
I was hoping to get your opinions on the workout out program.
Follow the link below to view the program.

Interesting concept, worth a try.
I like to change up my workouts every 6 months or so based on those BB workout plans. Keep the body guessing.

That or one of Dr. Jim Stoppani's programs (also on the BB website) is good.

Jacob Wilson is a pretty interesting guy. He worked with Ben Pakulski for the Mr.O one year, maybe more. I'll bookmark that page and perhaps give it some study for next bulk.

The idea of micro and meso-cycles aren't new, but it really nicely structured and laid out here. Like, all the work is done.

Also the video itself is pretty educational and Wilson makes reference to some pretty interesting studies/findings.

I'll also have a look at it L1qu1d thanks...
Yeah I remember seeing him on the generation iron documentary they did. It's very interesting, it was an eye opener to me in some concepts. I'm about to start with my second cycle. So I'm looking to change things up. I'm very much intrigued to try out the mass project.
