I find this interesting. It confirms what weight lifters have believed for a long time - changing your lifts results in better strength gains. Also interesting that hypertrophy - muscle growth - stays the same, regardless of exercise variation, as long as training intensity is there

I mean look at Westside barbell, prime example of exercise rotation increasing strength.
