Best thing is to go see a Biokineticst or a fisiotherapist you will get referred to either or if you go see a doctor any how

It is on you. It always has been...

How did you manage that? What weight were you doing? Was your form off or?

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Form was great, 80kg. Just heard it popping along 3 of my mates in the gym. Not nice.

@Oupa : Thats awesome news. Are we talking about 10vials of HGH here/3month cycle? IGF peptide comes in 10mcg vials based on what ive read up on and is usually ran for around 45-60 days. I have 2 questions.....do peptides really work? and whats the dosage for IGf1L3? (Sorry dont mean to ask "spoon feeder" questions )

I believe good physio is useful. Years ago I injured a hamstring - semi-tendinosus - 2 weeks before the Settler's Ultra. Couldn't walk without limping. Had physio every day until the race, finished no problem

I've put tears in both my hammies (obvs not at the same time), it sucks and seeing a physio is the best advice. 2 to 3 sessions of needling, massage, and IR with electro therapy. 6 weeks of rest and very gentle/rehad work and you should be good to go again.

I make a big effort to stretch and warm my hammies up now and haven't had any issues recently, touch wood. I can still feel some sticking as the fibres in my left hammie slide past each other when doing lying hamstring curls though, so I have to be mindful not to rush my reps and sets.

Day 6 since my incident, had to sit inside an MRI machine for 2hrs today getting scanned. Turns out its a Grade2 Hamstring Tear, Thank God. Had a bit of ultrasound treatment done today and I'm told theres a bit of liquid around the biceps femoris , where part of the tendon pulled away from the knee. Every Dr. Ive seen including a sports physician have sung the same song, "6weeks healing time bud sorry".

@Oupa : I say lets prove them wrong, ( without me regretting it )

I say go for it! Also keep us updated, I am curious as to how noticeable the healing benefits of HGH will be.

Finally pinned HGH and IGF this morning 20IU and 25MCG respectively. Will update again on Fri about pain levels but physio is taking place daily with moderate levels of pain.

Ok, so I made the error of not taking any photos to show progress, nonetheless there is a significant reduction in the swelling on my right thigh/hamstring including a reductionn in pain or it could be that the compounds are simply numbing the pain(lol could be my mind), but so far as mobility in the leg is concerned it is still impaired i.e leg feels sluggish even with physio.

It's only been 2 weeks, even with the GH it's still going to take some time to come right. My best advice is don't rush it, it'll be a few weeks before you can start rehabbing with light hamstring curls just to get some blood in there and help the healing, and at least 6-8 weeks before you can start loading up some resistance again.

Prp injections aka Blood doping (Platelet-rich Plasma). Best money cab buy for sport injuries. However, medical aid don't pay and have to be done by a specialist. Works wonders.
