@Fillet, its always interesting to see how more knowledgeable people train. Lots of different ways to skin a cat. Saw a guy at gym today with his Flex magazine, doing one of those "mr Olympia" programs of the pros.... All good and well that he is there but that program is most likely just going to burn him out.

Oupa, what do you mean the "2nd" MI40 6 week program. I love Bens programmes and have followed MI40 and MI40x (CEP). Just asking cause if I've missed one of his programs somewhere I'd love to get my hands on it.Oupa wrote: Currently "M140" 2nd 6 week program.
