Does any one remember the Max-ot Training program from a few years back or has anyone been using it and what do you guys think about the whole program??
If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...
Between my sport specific and calisthenics training, I still follow a Max-ot type of approach with my weight training. But yeah, would be interesting to see what the other guys think of it.
I have used it to great effect for many years. Although at present I have moved to other training MAX OT left me incredibly strong.
At my peak 6x 200kgs squats followed by 6x 600kgs leg presses and that was without any performance enhancing assistance.
MAX OT works and I have used it as the basis for my workouts for the last 5 -8 years and accounting for variance where it suited me best. Calves, Arms in my books are better being hit with higher rep range at least in my case.
