Howzit Peepz,

I am new on this site, but have a interesting question,

I am looking to compete next year in Fitness Physique,

At the moment I would like to bulk before i start cutting down,

My stats are as follow,

On a 5 day split,
Age is 29,
Height: 1.78m
BF: 15%+-
W: 83KG

What would the peepz suggest on diet, training, cardio etc,

This would be my 1st attempt for Fitness Physique, have not tried anything else in terms of competing.

Your advice will be helpful.

I suggest cutting before bulking before cutting. You may need to take an extra half year or year for preparation but IMO it's a bad idea to bulk when you're at 15%bf. You want to get down to below 12% (at least) before starting a bulk and then you can cut for your show.

Welcome to the forum. It's a bit of a waste of time giving you a diet to follow without knowing how long you've been training and how you look if you intend to be winning a show in a year's time. Post pic with your face blanked out. Have you been down to ±7% body fat before?

Tks for the welcome I've been out action for the last few months due to illness... But I'm back in gym for a week now. Yes I've been there before without any help from steroids...
