Right, so theres a few things in a gym people tend to do that one would deem inappropriate and screws up your whole routine.
I would like to see what everyone says about this, could be for a laugh aswell.

So I'll start with things that I would say is a bit unnecessary like taking a dump in the changeroom toilets if there is poor ventilation. I dont take dumps at the gym because it stinks the place up and you walking around with a blazing-gun so the smell tends to follow you everywhere and thats not on.
Has happend a couple of times with me at our local gym that someone (a lady) takes a dump before hitting the weights area, I cant handle that shit especially if you have a weak stomach and a sensitive nose so I leave immediately.

Dont know if its just me guys?

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...

ROTFLMFAO at "a blazing gun" - maybe it's all in your head... Maybe she just farted... What grinds me lately is personal fucking trainers that "reserve" 4-5 equipments so that they can fucking chase there fat as client from one set to the next...wtf.

We have that too, I always laugh my ass off in the changeroom at their marketing stuff against the wall that only idiots will fall for, cant give examples otherwise you would know. Everyone is trying to make a buck I guess we should just ignore them and say nothing you never know if those oaks are qualified bio's or physio's.

I find it annoying when stuff gets misplaced so that I am unable to find it.

Like the belt you attach weight to when you want to do weighted pull ups. Both the gyms I go to only have one and when it goes missing I cannot find it. No clue WTF it gets put but fortunately it shows up by the next time I need to make use of it.

What I hate the most is when people stink... Like, they eat shit food and it all comes out when they sweat. Even worse if they are training with a hoody on, like, why do that. Its friggen hot. You fucking stink, put some deo on, eat better, drink more water and take a shower then come back to train.

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

At my gym half the people spend more time choosing their outfit and styling their hair before gym than they do training. Then they sit on their iphones for 5 minutes between pussy sets hogging the bench or machines, then don't put the weights back. Hogging benches and machines puts my BP through the roof.

1. Curling in the Squat Rack
2. Not having a Towel. Come on, the decent thing to to is at least clean of your sweat!
3. Not Replacing Weights. There were more DB's today all over the floor than in the rack
4. Curling in the squat rack
5. As per MA above, People hogging equipment, and then having a 10 min chat, and doing nothing.
6. Curling in the squat rack!

I hate when the fools are using the bench/machine i need and then sit there on their phone.
Just this week i did incline bench and fly's (4 sets of 10 for each) only to come back and find the same a-hole still on one of the flat benches on his phone. Looked like he never moved once and the damn weights were still on 30kg!!!

Same at my gym... I often find it in the squat rack weirdly enough

Thanks for the Laugh gents.

Use the Olympic bar, no problem, But there is no need to use the rack. Load and lift from the ground.

Unless you you have Arms like Lee Pries, then using the rack might be acceptable. ;)

This is what I mean: Check those massive legs, no need to squat.

This sounds like a YOU problem, would you like me to rather shit my pants mid-squat?
It's called a toilet for a reason, the toilet being in the change room is a gym problem, not a patron problem. I can get being upset if someone took a shit in the shower, that would be bad etiquette.

Doing almost anything other than squats in the squat rack. If you can clean the weight, you don't need a rack. If you "need" an Olympic bar, use one of the spares not the one on the rack. Personally I still think curling with an Olympic is retarded, but whatever...

Right of way:
1. Serious old age / retardation / disabled
2. Pregnant ladies
3. Carrying a heavy weight
4. Ladies
5. Bigger than you (LBM, like if he is a monster and you're DYEL mode)
6. Extreme exhaustion
7. Children give way to all!

You may be right, you know what I did to solve this issue???

I stopped going to the gym at that time and viola no more bitching and moaning.
