I want to lose my shit with guys catching Pokemon's, playing hearthstone or fucking WhatsApping while hogging leg press, bench press or squat racks... Or fucking PT taking up 3 or 4 stations while doing some bs rotation with their fat ass clients... When these fat ass clients should rather be doing cardio and stop stuffing their faces...

Or rather let them spend their first 12weeks on the super circuit but be there with them to monitor their pace and intensity.

It is on you. It always has been...

Exactly... But they make them jump through hoops and make the process seem so complicated... I swear if I had to complete some PT sessions I'd also go home and eat a bag of sweets because I'd be like wtf just happened there...

PTs letting their clients do box jumps on the only free adjustable bench gets me every time. As if it's not bad enough to put your shoes on it. I got given a warning at the previous gym I trained at for pulling a bench away, even though I was polite enough to wait for the chick to finish her set

Fkkkn this. Number one rule should be respect the equipment and fellow gym-goers.

Or how about the old Oomies lying on the mats doing hip thrusters not wearing underwear and having their ballsacks hang out the side of their shorts. Not even joking about this, it's becoming a problem at my gym

I'd like to see them try giving me a warning after I give a PT a lekker PK...

There is this one guy, some others but mainly him, Friday, bench press (mainly to do abs and sit), yet I'm looking to do bench, then 3 different dumbbells and 2 different pre-weighted ezbars.. Then during this he is hopping up and going to do pull ups (in the middle of the cable cross machine) and using one of the cable machines near it to do triceps push downs, every week is the same story. Everytime I look at him I just picture a dumbell smacking the side of his head and allot more, but I don't want to sound like a psychopath.

That's ridiculous. (pull ups done anywhere else than the pull up bars are retarded). Even when I did HIRT, I'd arrange it so I use like one "station" with minimal equipment. Like if you had a bench and a set of 20 DBs, you could do a giant set with 3-5 exercises easily.

I'd talk to the dude. I'm by no measure as big as some of the members here, but I reckon what condition my body is in doesn't dictate how much right I have to the gym. I see these roided pre-20 fuckbois looove abusing floor space and equipment for the or benefit. If I worked at a gym I swear I'd spend half the time getting tuned from the club manager because I'd kick the members the real deal.

At our gym on Friday there's a guy who makes a big pile of all the dumbells at his feet, from 6s right through to 20s, for about an hour.

I've seen some guys doing this, cellphones, schedules warra warra fishpaste..... wanted to accidentally drop my 20kg dumbbell on the bench or sit on it but hey No dumbbells allowed on bench and I'm not allowed to poep in the gym.

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...
