Chest growth was created by NutriChick
Hi guys,

So I'm posting here on behalf of my boyfriend. I'm trying to help him find some sort of explanation for his chest not growing. He has been training hard for about 5 years now and has been using gear for almost 3 years. His chest just wont grow & I'm not talking about it not being where he wants it to be, it is an actual problem.

He trains chest twice a week and has tried every sort of training technique out there from heavy weight low reps to light weight high reps. He will get a great pump and can feel his chest being worked but it still just never grows. His biggest issue is in the middle of his chest, he just cant get it to grow out.

He has tried every sort of isolation exercise as well, all his other muscle groups grow wonderfully it just seems to be his chest. could this be some sort of genetic issue? also ive heard about fascia massaging and scraping,do you guys have any opinions on these in respects to muscle growth? the only steroid he hasn't tried yet is IGF & GH, he has gotten the IGF now so we are holding thumbs that it will help.

Thank you

Post a photo of his upper body but remove his face. Lets see where we can assist.

Maybe it's a form issue. Mostly people who struggle with chest growth can't properly activate their chest by going too heavy and having most of the load on the front delts and triceps. Also most people ignore the benefits of protraction and retraction of the scapula when doing chest presses.

I can say I've been sitting with the same issue, but I know what works for me now, doing less weight on incline and bench press and focusing on more kind of peck deck and dumbell flies and cable flies without hurting your shoulders, like THEEBull said full flex and contraction and form should be main focus, the weight you are using should be Appropriate to yourself. Maybe He has tried this already. Just my 2 cents

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...
