Hey guys. I do a full body 1hr routine a day 4 times a week. For some reason my arms just get bigger and bigger. At a point where I just do 4 sets of 10 reps arm curls because their just ballooning. Should I change my routine or just carry on? People are constabtly telling me my arms look great but I must focus on my legs haha..I nail my legs each workout and cruize my arms. Tips?

You can try PPL, or focus more on your lagging parts. Like I do legs and chest twice a week because they are not up 2 par with rest of my body. I also shift from strenght training and body building training every week so my body cannot addapt. Like Oupa said if your muscles are not shaking after training you are pulling wire.
Possibilities are really endless..
Push-Legs-rest or Pull-push-legs, doing total body in one hour eish I think I'll get bored after the first 40min

Thanks for the advice will give it a go! Working nightshift!! Have u heard of cruizing? Read article that said instead of pct you do hrt between cycles. Is it a viable option? Im a bit older so when I come off cycle my natural test wont be enough to maintain my gains?

Theres really a lot of stuff one can learn here by just reading and searching first(just watch out for the search Options), I know Furk had some good ideas for PPL.

Sound like I need your routine then! :lol: I thought from the title of the thread that this

was about getting your arms bigger.

Seriously, PPL is my default gym routine. My chest, traps and quads are my biggest features, but my triceps don't match my chest, neither does my bi's to my traps.

Full body routines are statistically and scientifically, fucking awesome. Go read Menno Henselman's work, he does tonnes of cool studies, and usually finds hidden value in others' studies.

Option 1: You want to keep doing full body. Then cut down on the frequency you hit your
arms, perhaps only once a week?

Option 2: Change your program. If do go with a upper/lower body split, you keep focus on
the compounds and off isolating arms. If you do PPL, simply put less (maybe one each, or even no) sets on tri's and bi's.

I mean those are probably your most viable options considering I know so little about your goals. :silly:

Aye, there are maybe even a couple threads on here for that from this year alone.
I mean it's probably always better to keep as natural as you can. Hence why we always advise for proper PCT after cycles, and taking sufficient time off. But most serious competitors blast and cruise. It's pretty much a long term (if not indefinite term) commitment.

Took your advice. Kept full body but instead of 40kg ez bar went down to 30 kg for example. Just to give the rest of my body to catch up

I don't advocate in going lower in weight: you should never purposely make yourself weaker. Just cut back on total volume per week.

Can I ask what your arm training consisted of?

3 times a week 4 sets of dumbell curls 10 reps 18kg each arm and 4 sets ez bar 10 reps 40 kgs. And thats it...tris only once a week they seem to respond to curls and ez bar.
