Try doing it only twice a week but with rest in between, like do it on wednesday and friday, rest is very important.
Now you need to find excersizes that work for YOU, dont monkey see monkey do.
Dont go too heavy...
If you do straight bar curls, you should flex your triceps at the bottom or start position, curl up and flex and keep it flexed for 2 to 3 seconds at the top, then curl down twice as slow as you curled upwards.
I normaly count 1 up 2 flex 3 down, and hold the last rep untill I fail. If you fail before you reach rep 10 then good.
Like I said dont go too heavy if your trying to bulk, you should do reps between 7 and 10, if you fail before 7 than go lighter and visa versa.
I do straight bar curls standing, dumbell curls sitting down and cable curls 3 sets of each with 60 seconds rest between each set.
You will know if you are doing it correctly because your biceps will be screaming. If you can touch your head after this session then you were fucking around.
I usally stretch my biceps while I warm up and between sets, you can check out Ben P's videos on doing arms.
Do this for about 8 weeks and see what happends
If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...
