Hi everyone

I have tried a lot of things but my arms isn't growing. My other body parts are growing at a very fast pace but not my arms.

I even started training arms more (3 times a week) - not full sessions but doing 3-4 exercises after my training session is done.

I have tried different training techniques, different volums, other angles etc. but nothing seems to work...

Any advice in regards to this?

Try doing it only twice a week but with rest in between, like do it on wednesday and friday, rest is very important.

Now you need to find excersizes that work for YOU, dont monkey see monkey do.

Dont go too heavy...
If you do straight bar curls, you should flex your triceps at the bottom or start position, curl up and flex and keep it flexed for 2 to 3 seconds at the top, then curl down twice as slow as you curled upwards.
I normaly count 1 up 2 flex 3 down, and hold the last rep untill I fail. If you fail before you reach rep 10 then good.

Like I said dont go too heavy if your trying to bulk, you should do reps between 7 and 10, if you fail before 7 than go lighter and visa versa.

I do straight bar curls standing, dumbell curls sitting down and cable curls 3 sets of each with 60 seconds rest between each set.

You will know if you are doing it correctly because your biceps will be screaming. If you can touch your head after this session then you were fucking around.

I usally stretch my biceps while I warm up and between sets, you can check out Ben P's videos on doing arms.

Do this for about 8 weeks and see what happends

If you keep doing what you've been doing
You gonna keep getting what you've been getting...

High Intensity. Chase the pump. Force the blood in. Short rest between sets no longer than 1min. Flex and squeeze at the top of your movement this helps forcing blood in. Pre workout nutrition starts 3 hours pre workout make sure pre and post workout nutrition is on point. For me hypertrophy reps start at 12 but a good rule of thumb is 8-15 but again my legs want 15 plus tobgrow my calves and quads respond to 15-25 reps sometimes 30. Just go chase the pump high reps strict form and technique but as heavy as you can do those reps at. 4/5 sets I go close to failure or to failure at my last set

If you training balls to the wall then let them rest you grow and repair when resting so Max twice a week.

It is on you. It always has been...
