Hi just curious.

Is waist training using corsets any good at achieving a smaller waist line? Or just not?

If you want a smaller waist line, dont lift too heavy for too long.

Ever seen a competitive power lifter or crossfit girl with a sexy small waist line? No

Never Wrestle with a pig. You both get dirty, but the pig likes it.

Used it with a few clients , 30 second holds with 15 second breaks , 5 sets at the very end of the workout after the core was activated.

Worked for some , didn't do anything to others . Diet was the most important factor that played a part

However we didn't use corsets , we done it old school

A strong core, waist, hips and glutes very important for cardio-related sports!! Ex. OCR, Crossfit, trialrunning etc...

No expert, but my sister lectures in Physiotherapy, she says 'for abs, the kitchen is more important than the gym'

Sorry but can you clarify what you mean with 30 second holds with 15 second breaks is it some kind of diaphragm training?

:woohoo: 30 second holds meaning suck in your tummy as deep as possible from the waist line up , in a vacuum motion for 30 seconds , and then rest for 15 . As you get better you can increase the time that you hold the vaccum position.

Lol this has nothing to do with the diaphragm :P
This should help clarify what I am talking about if you still need fiether clarification
