Outer Sweep Squat Stance

Hey guys.

I'm going home for the holidays, and there's no gym in near our farm, but I do have a bench and a bar, so I can do chest, use the bar for shoulder press, and barbell row, and barbell curls, basically everything you can do with a bar.


Question with legs, I know things like hack squats and leg presses help the most when it comes to outer sweep, but is there a way to squat since I only have a bar that can focus on my outer sweep, yes I know squats target the whole leg in general.

Any advice would be beneficial.

Just squat bud. Our legs have an amazing ability to balance their growth regardless of foot placement.
