I know you got some guns but many don't realize it's not only steroids. Gh and slin play a massive role. As for gut distention just skip diuretics and hydrate plenty amongst other things.

Never really saw the point. I'm only 1.8m tall, and hit my 150kg "ceiling" on smaller and smaller cycles these days. I've also not heard of much benefit from slin from a PL perspective, even as a super heavy where an extra bit of fat isn't an issue.

More importantly, in the end I'm only a recreational lifter in my mid 40's. I have dodgy reconstructed rugby knees which limit my squats, and have made peace with the fact that I'm not going to set the world on fire

But if you're going to tell me a few pens will add 100kg to my total...

I've torn three shirts and two pants on slin. Makes you huge. Guys I haven't seen in three weeks state I'm a third the size bigger. I'm also recreational bud but I have to say I'm massive on size. Running 1500 test and 8iu slin. No put bridge or any bull.

Didn't realize you were more into PL sounds like your lifts are up there at a competitive level be lekka if you hit that 850...push it, let us know how you get on in the new year with it
