with comps coming up soon, a lot of us will be trying to bring out as much detail in the muscles as much as possible
Would like to hear what kind of training routine you guys use to really dig deep and bring out the intense detail in the muscles ( especially the back muscles since I struggle with detail here )
Of course it also comes down to gear and diet as well,but I do feel like using a different approach to weight training can assist in carving up that muscle
