Right so I know it's very difficult to maybe help me out on this topic but I thought there is no harm in asking.

For the last two and half weeks I been suffering with a tight pain that feels like it's running from my right trap down to upper right back and at times even feels like it pains under my right pec.

The pain is not there at all during the day, only acts up during training. I have taken days off the gym to see if it helps but no lick. Unfortunately the pain is causing me to do half ass workouts due to the fear of making it even worse..

I am starting to get frustrated due to the fact that it interfering with my workouts.

Has anyone experienced something similar or by any chance know what is causing this pain? If so what's the best solution to resolve the issue?

What caused the injury in the first place?

I am no doctor. Disclaimer done. Sounds deep muscular to me. Time away and good 8 hour sleeps for a week could help.

If you're a smoker could be a mild lung infection.

That sounds like rotator cuff, if you get someone to press into the scap with an elbow and it refers into the front delt its most likely rotator cuff which is made up of so many muscles, the scapula, infraspin, supraspin, attatchemt to the trap. Go to a chiro that can needle it and get a deep tissue sports massage. Rest and do rehab exercises. Should take 3-4 weeks to improve.

I appreciate all your Comments so early in the morning because I want to sort this problem out as soon as possible. I had plans to run a cycle but unfortunately I can't do that until I have fully recovered from it. I reckon my best bet at the moment is what @empire said by going to chiro.. Will make an appointment today and let you know what the chiro says.. Once again thanks for the comments and help guys. Really appreciate it
