A critique of my blood-work was created by Thick_Boy
Hi everyone, I got my blood work results last weekend.

bit of info:

I'm 24, 178cm, Hovering around 90kg, 26% body-fat (measured with calipers)
I average 3 Strength workouts per week (Tues,Thurs,Sat)
I sleep 7-8 hours a night
I get about 8,000-10,000 steps per day
I don't smoke and I don't drink much (about 2-3 drinks total a month)
my heart rate is in the normal range, this morning it showed 120/65 (usually it's around 110-120/65-70)

I let myself go in 2021 and my main focus at the start of this year was to regain my strength/endurance, improve my technique/form with training and just make a lot of changes in my life regarding friends, habits etc. so my diet hasn't been perfect at around 2600 calories, sometimes more, sometimes less, the past 5 months.
so weight hasn't changed but I definitely got stronger and more defined and vascular in some areas.
I've also moved to a different province a few weeks ago and have been settling into my new environment and daily schedule with work and family. My training and diet hasn't been perfect the past few weeks but I was 60% on track.
My goal moving forward is to get down to 16-18% body fat and look at increasing my testosterone as I've been dealing with Low-T symptoms and it's starting to impact my work and personal life.

Feel free to ask questions and give advice on where you think I could improve with supplementation, diet, etc

Look your blood work is perfect for someone in that body fat range. Everything is well within range, little liver stress, thyroid panel is a little low but could be due to hectic dieting, nothing a bit of tudca, selenium , zinc and ionized table salt can't fix.

Could add in some ashwqghanda to help the cortisol and thyroid process along. But all looks pretty healthy to me.

Thanks Empire, I got myself some of the supplements you mentioned. Will do blood-work again later in the year and see where everything stands then go from there.

Cool bud.

There is more to it than just keeping in a few supplements.

You need to be consistent with your training and nutrion, as hard as it can be it will be worth it long term.
