Hey guys I hope you are all well.
I'm 35 93kg and 1.85m in length. 
I need a better training program cause mine isn't working for me anymore. 
My routine is as follows 
Monday - biceps
Tuesday - chest 
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - triceps 
Friday - back
Saturday - shoulders and abs
Sunday - Forearms and calves 
I was on a bulking cycle and gained about 10kgs in 2 months which I think is great but I need to change my weekly training routine. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Few questions,

What weights are you doing?
what exercises?
Rep range?
Is there a reason why you arent doing Bi's and Tri's together? or combining other days?

Cardio levels?


When you bulked, was it dirty? was it a decent clean bulk with loads of food?


I've had a look at the DLB Daily thing, she seems to have some decent workouts on there, 7 days free trial. You can check it out from there and decide what you like and what you dont.

Thanks man I'll have a look.
I had very decent gains but get to a stage where I don't gain more and I know then I glhave to change my routine. I don't do cardio when bulking. Should I?

And reason why I don't do 2 muscle groups together is I don't want to spend that much time in the gym. I'm just too busy. But I think I should go that route anyway. I'll find a way to make more time.

I start biceps with 40kg barbel curl
3 sets 10reps
And hamer curls 18 kg bells also 3 sets 10 or 12 reps
Etc.
I'm only 90kgs now. Not gaining cause I'm on a PCT cycle.

I did a full upper body session today, 3 sets for chest 1 exercise, 5 for back on 2 exercises, 3 sets for side delts, 1 exercise, and 4 for biceps 2 exercises, 4 for triceps 2 exercises. In and out the gym with 55mins

19 sets total working sets.

Once you are warm for chest and first exercise back then the rest doesnt need warm ups and junk volume. 

Rather do 4 days in the gym where you focus on everything propertly, upper lower split, than 7 days where you will be not allowing for recovery.

My 2021 contest prep i only did 4 days a week. 

2022 i did 5 days a week. So you can fit it all in short periods of time if you train hard and heavy

im on a bigger routine like empire (He set it up)

today was a "slow" day and we managed 15 working sets in, around 50minutes

Thats wife and I together, she rests while i work, then swop if we have the same machine

2 biceps and 4 back exercises. main thing i found is cutting the chit chat down.

that used to take up half my routine. also rest periods of 90-120seconds on average. so not killing it, but still pushing hard



Edit- im on
Saturday Upper body 
Sunday legs 
Monday Upperbody
Tuesday cardio
Wednesday upper
Thursday legs
Friday cardio

I like the cardio, because It keeps you going, but its not enought to feel like im losing weight. (Although i am still)
