Hi everyone,

Well, Im making progress which is great, but Im getting sick which really sucks. Feeling sleepy, tired and weak. Nose messed up etc. Seems like more of a head cold, just hope it dos not get worse.

Anyone have some tips for getting over this, and is training ok? Dont know if I can manage as Im not feeling strong at all.

What do you guys do in this situation? :huh:

Rest and drugs from the doc, training when you sick puts huge strain on your heart esp if you have flu and i know guys who have had minor heart attacks from doing this. Rather rest the illness out and go and get some medication and keep you vitamins up there, recovery should be quick then.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Yeah rather get better, then train again..


You dont want to make everyone at gym sick either....

ja that sucks balls.... Corenza C. B12/b comp Combo. ZMA and LOTS of rest. Dont be a knob and go train. Take it as an active rest week. Eat correctly take all ur supps and rest. Its not all bad

LOL! Good point there. Ok...time to take it easy. Hopefully with taking my supps and vitamins etc...it will speed up the recovery. Sweet ;)
