Hi! I read in one of my bodybuilding megazines about this training technique called X-Reps. You only train for about 20-30 minutes, but with very high intensity. Very short rests between sets and only 1-2 heavy working sets per exercise, low reps. At the end of your last set you do partials to failure. This way you do not have to spend hours in the gym. I've been training like this for about 2 months now and really notice a change. Does someone on juice benefit from longer workouts and more sets per exercise/bodypart? Do you guys train for 1-2 hours?
