Hi Guys,

Im looking for the best workouts to work my body, i cant afford a gym but i do have a home gym with the following equipment: Straight bar, ezee bar, 2 small bars. a bench and a wide variety of weights.

Ive searched all over for workouts and thought id ask you guys.

Here is what i do for chest:
Flat dumbell bench
Inclince dumbell bench
Incline flys
Bench Press

Biceps:
Seated dumbells
Standing Ezee bar
Standing dumbells
Standing straight bar

Im not quite sure how to best work my tris, shoulders, back.

PLEASE HELP

Triceps:
Scull Crushers
Dips
Close Grip Push Up
lying tricep press (close grip bench prpess)

Back:
Dumbell Rows
Bent Over Rows
Go To Makro & Buy Pull Ups Bar That Fits Between doors (cheap) Where u can do chin ups & pull ups (my 2 best excersizes for back)
deadlifts

Shoulders:
Shoulder press
lateral raises
shrugs
upright row

Hey OracleBob what are you doing for legs? I was training at home as well and now joining a gym, i found that i was running out of equipment and that i needed more variety. Especially with legs, squats was always difficult, had no leg extensions or anything.
