AS I READ MOST OF THE POSTS HERE IT SEEMS LIKE EVERYONE HERE IS GOT SOMTHING TO SAY ABOUT ROIDS, MOST OF YA'LL GUYZ YOU SPENT 6 MONTHS REASERCHING ABOUT ROIDS OKAY RIGHT, NOW HERE IS AN INTERESTING PART, HOW ABOUT WE JUST LEAVE MEXICO ALONE AND LETS SAVE TIME, LETS NOT TELL OTHER NEWBIES TO GO AND DO SOME REASERCH WITHOUT GIVING THEM DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO AND WHERE TO GET INFO. LETS JUST OPEN A KNOWLEDGE SHARING TOPIC ABOUT HOW TO GET HUGE, HARD, and SHREDDED!

YOU CAN ALSO ADVISE BY GIVING SOME HARDCORE AND EFFECTIVE, SAFE CYCLES.

Well firstly we dont actually use roids its purely an academic discussion. And last time I checked we didnt really chat about Mexico since its well in SOUTH AMERICA not SOUTH AFRICA. WTF

If I understand your intention correctly, u want a one stop knowledge shop, here on this site.
Good intention, but, to really understand something, I think its best that multiple sources are studied.
We could list some of our favorite sites, but the web is real dynamic and Google is way powerful.

So if the Newbie is C 4 serious, some quality google time (weeks / months) will result in a fairly solid understanding.
There is also quality info in the download section.

There is also something to be said about spoon feeding vs. actually learning!
And the road to hell & good intentions!!
