Hi everyone,

Well, firstly to say thanks again to all that helped with shedding fat. Much appreciated. Now I want to bulk up but I want to know if I can do the following all at the same time:

1. Bulk up
2. Lose the last tiny bit of belly. Its not much at all, but I really want it all gone
3. Increase fitness / cardio

So is the above 3 possible to achieve at the same time? I have heard many ppl say that if you train to get fitter, muscle sometimes gets destroyed so you cant bulk up at the same time. Any help appreciated ;) Thanks

well look it is possible if u are able to put in lean mass,if your lean mass is high then your body uses more calories to survive, adding in cardio will help bring u into a calorie deficit burning that last bit of fat... what u will also need to do is work out your maintenance calories add 300-500calories on top of your maintenance calories in order to fuel your body to grow muscle, look at doing 50% carbs,30% protein and 20% fats.if you start putting on to much body fat add in some cardio and cut back on some of the calories... if you look at doing a lean mass cycle with substances such as equipoise or tren and a short ester test like test prop i think u should get the desired effects...

what are your stats maybe i can look at helping u out...

Thanks for the info. Hmmm...looks like its something that will have to be carefully planned. Gonna do some reading up on this...but maybe the better idea is to lose that last little bit of belly...then move on to bulking up.

Stats:
1.78m
83kg
Not sure on body fat %, but I recon its below 20%, was at about 27% when I was 89kg. Last bit of fat is literally on my belly.

so why not hit an eca stack and cardio and get rid of it...once u are lean enough then u add those extra calories and hit a nice lean mass cycle in order to get your self some nice muscle growth

i recon eat about 2500 calories and add in some cardio to get the fat off and then when u are going to build some muscle add in 300 - 500 calories...

Ok, will send it tomorrow. Getting ready to leave office. Im currently consuming calories to maintain my current body weight. In all honesty when I was at 89kg and started the diet, I worked out my 24 hr maintenance calorie consumption...and with the diet, made sure I was eating min 300 cals less. It worked as Im now 82kg and lost 95% of the fat I needed too....its just this damn last bit of belly flab, small little bump but its noticeable to me. Ppl say Im crazy to lose more...but hey, they dont see me naked...and Im not happy yet ;)

Anyways...I digress. What I wanted to say is that Im still consuming the same calories per day as I did when I was 89kg. Havent changed anything. I think this is part of the reason Im "stuck" on 82kg. I need to redo my eating plan and daily calorie consumption. Will post up all the info tomorrow in the morn ;)

Thanks ;)

well thats why,if u havent adjusted it then u wont get rid of that last bit champ, why dont u do this : work out maintaince calories for about 80kg and adjust your diet slightly to that...or what u can do is just add more intensity to your cardio and training sessions that should do the trick...
