directly after your session is a good plan,if not keep your cardio and weights 8 hours apart on the same day...i do cardio 5 times a week 8 hours after my weights as i train weights in the morning

I do cardio in mornings and weights at night. More energy in the morning, and cooler at night. It just works better into my schedule... I like to have a big meal for dinner and night training facilitates that.

Reason for cardio in the mornings is simple it helps burn more fat coz you have only just one light meal behind you being breakfast or some even go without the morning meal,but if you can do cardio first thing

And if you really need to burn away pounds,try doing the cardio in a long sleave shirt,the warmer the body temp rises the more fat you are getting rid of...

quad try doing your cardio after training and you will drip like a perculator ...

Cardio 300% more effective in mornings, done on an empty stomach. Physiologically, your metabolism gets suppressed when your body temp rises. Don't see how stacking on clothes is gonna help - it's doing precisely the opposite...

Gotta go with the doc there,, MOST effective cardio,, when you wake up in the morning before you eat. with a little eca.

After weight training is also effective,, however will not be the best for you if you are trying to gain muscle mass

If it's not working,,, take double,,,
