I was in the gym yesterday for the first time in a few months again. I'm going to follow the 2days in the gym, 1dag off approach. Gives your body time to recover and grow

Agree with Jakes, you are messing around at the gym talking too much ect, high intensity, high volume, maximum damage to the muscle. Get in and get out 1 and a 1/2 hrs max.

agree with jakes here, you guys taking way too long to complete your training. you might not be taking us seriously but do look into it. I train with 2 other guys and we take 1 hour 10 min max. resting time is 40-60 seconds and then you get back to it.

Not a big fan of that split - always afraid I might not be able to gym if something catches up and I like to sleep late on Sat as well. I put legs in on the 3rd day so my upper body can rest a bit. How did the first day at gym go btw Jakes?

I hit the gym three times a week in the morning... usually at the weights by around 5:45, gym till around 7:15... so about 1 hour 30. Do a full body program... it's worked so far... but I am now off sick this week... and it's driving me nuts!!!!
