Ok, so do you guys think this is over-kill or ok? I got up this morning had the following, 1scoop nitrogen x(muscle works pre- workout) 1scoop hellfire, 2/3 grams Daa, l-carintine, gaba. 1scoop myogenic nitro pure. Trained tri-ceps 45min or so later. Workout lasted just 20min, did over-all just 10sets but tri's were really pumped. Gonna have whey isolate, some peanut butter and creatine now. So...You guys think its over-kill with the supplements and under-kill with the training?

To be honest having any pre work out drinks is a waste of money!! Rather have whole solid food, people rely on these pre work outs and not enough on food! You would get better results out of a solid meal 1 hour before. Also why are u having fats post work out, should be carbs.

Thanks for the reply Dj. Got the pre-workout cheap...Lol. And the nitro pure is going for under half price in game currently! I train in the mornings and am tight for time, after training i gotta get ready and rush out to make it on time for work(use public transport) so normally i gulp the whey and peanut butter just to get somethin in and feel a little full....If i do have time, which is hardly ever, i try to have some oats or mealie-meal porridge(seeing that you advocate mealie-meal:) think maybe i should carry a bowl of oats/mealie-meal and eat on the way to work...

Yeah rookie, do experience a bit of a crash, but i aint a morning person so when i get up, i have the pre-workout just to "wake up"! Cant train any other time other then mornings! Reach home too late in the evenings to have a workout!

yes kkx250.

wayne, all the excuses in the world arent gonna get the body u want, if you want something enough u can wake up 20mins earlier to cook oats in the microwave which takes 3 minutes to boil the kettle, 2 minutes in the microwave,5 minutes to cool down,2 minutes to eat.

Wayne bro oats is even easier than that. Take your oats no matter what quantity, add cold water so that the water covers the oats. Microwave for one minute and you are done. No kettle boiling, no cool down 1min30secs flat. Easiest meal in the world. I also mix in my whey protein powder straight into the mix for flavor. There should be enough water for the whey to dissolve. Tastes like chocolates. When I am in a hurry I just eat it in the car at every traffic light.

I was about to say, I add boiling water untill the water covers the oats. The boiling water softens and cooks oats, let is stand while I get dressed, add cold water and down it goes.....

The longest part of my oats meal is boiling the kettle.
Works for me...

the only place were 'success' comes before 'work' is in the dictionary

why dont u just add raw instant oats into your whey shake post workout too?? .... they swell enough to gulp it down... just add more water then usual, so they dont get too thick, man up, swirl it around and down.. then jus repeat till its down, can get 100g of oats with in like 20 seconds haha... do it pre aswell with some raisins... :)
