pre work out meal was created by MikeM1
Howsit guys n girls,

My gym time has changed from early morning to afternoon.

I used to eat 70g oats, 30g raisins, 6 eggs and 20g whey before gym..
Now that my gym time is in the afternoon will 230g chicken (measured raw) and 200g sweet potato be sufficient a hour before gym?

Yeah and I think the raisins are also pretty high, not sure though, but they packed with potassium and high calories.

Dont know about your goals though so just a 2c.

Lets go!
