Hi guys
I would just like to know your guys opinion on the spinning classes at virgin active ?
I'm sure it will help me loose my love handles and fat with a decent diet but my concern is will it make me loose muscle mass aswell ?
And has anyone tried it , if so how was your guys results...

LOL thats funny. I cant imagine the word spinning in my head without there being a lisp and a hand gesture for some reason lol

You can try the strength classes, i do it once a week just to do some sort of long cardio session. The strength class is 1h30min makes for a very good workout with lots of HIIT in between gradient levels so makes for a great workout.

But know this is a body building forum, and you should understand everyones aversion to ecliptic,spinning etc etc although ive seem many 120kg + bb types doing a lot of treadmill work

hahahahha, ja I must admit I am a bit of a closet spinner and i do feel very gay walking around gym in cycling shorts..... but my girlfriend is a spinning instructor and I'll be put in the dogbox if i don't go!!

It is great cardio though!!

Spinning falls under the "pussification of man" bracket.

Get outside and sprint some hills. Pull a car. Pick something heavy up and walk with it.
