Thought I'd post pics of my progress thusfar to keep me motivated. I'll post my progress on a monthly basis. Positive criticism would be appreciated. Credit to DJ for the programme and diet.

I do cardio 7 days a week for 40-60 min, treadmill walk at 5km/h and 0 incline. My weight programme is as follows :

Bud please don't put up diets I have created for a fee up on the forum as I might as well work for free if everyone hands out my programs and diets

Can already see a major difference in the back and love handles,als from the side chest and and belly have come down quite a bit.

@Megatron thanks bud. You said you were on the same stats as me - how is your progress?

@rvdwalt4 Thanks. My goal is to lose weight, but not muscle mass. Want to reach 15% body fat on the interim, and then take it from there.

Started with diet and training 7 May, so it's 4 weeks into it now. Bodyfat per virgin tracker is 26.5%, but I doubt the accuracy of that. I've got a proper fitness assessment 23 June, so will get a more accurate figure then.

Hi Megatron. Dropped 1.5 kg this week from last week, weighed in at 95.5kg yesterday. I can feel my clothes sitting looser - been putting on shirts I haven't worn for ages!

But I'll post photos end of the month again - how is your progress going?

1.5kg in a week thts great bud ,was planning on starting my cycle this week,my gear is delayed or shall i say still in transit lol,will officially start the ffg week,get the pics through!!
