Hi guys thought i would start a thread on what the Best tasting Brand of green tea is, Mine so far is the lipton green tea. What are your guys favourites?

The lipton one is a bit tasteless to me. I usually buy a Chinese brand (don't know what the name is, it's in Chinese) from a supermarket in Fochville. But you can check out chinese take-out shops. They usually sell authentic stuff that tastes good.

Discipline is choosing what you want most over what you want now.

I also drink the lipton green tea. Have one cup a day. I think it has fat burning effects

1 cup, i have like 6 to 8 cups a day no milk no sugar. :unsure:

I gooi green tea with rooibos like 3 bags each in pot and boil in microwave..Drink like 2 liters during the day, I also add cinnamon and sweetener...No milk unless Im super bulking...
