I just came back from a international meeting where a couple of my Spanish and Italian colleagues were present. We all watched the the Spain/Italy match together. These guys are a special kind of passionate about the game. Got a bit heated at some stages

Reason i'd like to see croatia beat the italians is cos they play the most BORING brand of football EVER!!!

**Note to ABC - my cuz is married to an italian guy who has the AS Roma emblem tattood over his heart. There were quite a few italians at the wedding and once the topic of conversation turned to football....JEEEEZZ!! Its like religion to them. Same with the english.

As a Utd fan - ive heard it all before, Utd are a hated team because they're good. The club wasnt built on billions from some rich oil sheikh,yet are still a class act. We had a quarter of the budget that Shitty had yet were the only team good enough to challenge & finished equal on points.

Not only that but lets not forget the 8-2 lashing...

fair enough, i have no respect for these clubs that try and buy success. Arsenal and united do it the right way. we spend what we earn. we dont need oil tycoons or sheiks. cant wait for financial fair play to kick in
