I not saying there's no use for them but unless you need them for a workout or postwork in form of dextose then I dont see the point.

I know some guys that drink the first milk a cow produces when they had a calf, there's a name for it but can't remember! Its pinkish in color due to blood mixed with it, high in protein :X
