Gyno without using steriods.

I have a friend who just got gyno... doesn't use steroids, doesn't even gym. I don't speak about it with him, I just noticed it and the other day I saw him again and theirs a nice scar near his nipple. Is this just from hormone imbalances? to much estrogen?

No well when I noticed he had gyno it was about 4 months ago and I knew it was recent because I had seen him without a shirt on before that. Only recently I saw the scar.

My friend got gyno in his teens and his 25 now, the bumps in his nipples (stoneys) are gone, but the nipples are still puffy and saggy, any ways to sort this out?

He trains and eats right and his bodyfat is like 12% I would say...

Is there proper added flesh around and below the nipple?

He could maby try nolva... From what I understand of gyno if you dont stop in its path it will develop and surgery might be needed. my 2c, pump or someone more experienced should probably answer this.

It looks like added fat around the nipple and the nipple itself looks puffy, letro,nolva,aromasin did F-all, just dries it out temporarily, this leads me to think its prolactin related.

You can't cure gynocomastia with drugs. You can only stop it from getting worse and the only way to get rid of it is with surgery and even then it might come back.

There is no bump though, just a swollen looking nipple?

Somedays its worse than others, if he can keep it under controlwith drugs what would be best?

Surgery is like 10k so thats a bit out of the question.

That's not uncommon, but if you keep squeezing your nipples they will just get worse.

Some guys have bigger nipples than others. Just like women. I'm not sure it's a sign of gyno. Lumps under the areola is more of a concern, I believe.

Just tell him to go to the doctor, its the only way he's actually going to no whats going on and get the right treatment...

how long did he run the letro and at what dose? I also have it slightly when bf is higher than 12%, dropping to 10% or lower made it look much better, not visible at all. Now that I am busy bulking it came back, but not that bad as before when bf was the same. I have been told 0.5mg letro for a minimum of 6 months is worth a shot, I will not take the chance though.

Taking letrozole for over two months is too much and will kill estrogen completely and that is bad to your health, particularly your immune system.

Puffiness around the nipple is a complaint I receive from many people and lower body fat also help.

Yes also thought of that, can't imagine the sides of that duration though.

Do as admim says and drop to 10 or better yet 8 percent. Many guys store fat in and around their chest area. Dont waste your time with drugs, unless they fat burners. A person who "thinks" they 12% may get quite a fright when he has an accurate measurement done.

Hehe thanks pump, was waiting for your input as I know you too battle with gyno, the guy did an accurate measurement and he is 11.6%. His legs are ripped, his abs and back and chest...Not so much lol.

He says it feels like fat, its just some days his nipples are dry and some days the one or both look puffy, its almost like there is water around the nipple.

I got a pic, he is sitting in the pic so will post that up quick and you can have alook.

Here you go guys, he is sitting when this pic was taken. Note the saggy puffy look, no hard lump just about 2-3cm of fat/water/gyno around his chest area.

That is so minor, drop below 10 and I'm sure it will be gone, I bet when its warm its visable when its cold its not.

Exactly, when its cold its dry and looks normal, but when he poses after gym and goois a side chest...EISH! :lol:

So I should tell him theres no gyno just fat, he should diet!

Looks that way to me, any surgeon will laugh that off, if it really troubles him then 30 min lypo will rid it, but will come back if BF goes up.

How much is the lypo +- ?
