So im heading up to the bay of richard tomoro afternoon and staying the night there. Keen to train somewhere so if anyone knows of somewhere I can get into for a one off session do give me a shout... Also wouldnt mind a training partner... Will be training back if anyone is keen.

Um, but im scared of needles...

Hi bro I used to live there, its pretty much just the VA the last time I was there.

the only place were 'success' comes before 'work' is in the dictionary

Tell them you've just moved into the area. You want to check the gym out, they usually give like a free 2 week trial

Its different from gym to gym, flagships goes up to about R150! They make it this expensive to get people to take the flagship memberships! Lucky for me I get that for free:p
