I went and had my body fat checked , please give me an idea of what you guys think it is before I tell you what i was told !

ha ha thats a joke. dont worry bro i also had mine checked from the bio and wasnt happy. he said my brother was 18% and im 16,5. im 4cm taller than my brother, 6,5kg lighter with more muscle mass than him as im stronger in the gym. sometimes i think theu just suck figures out of their thumb

Did you use a VA machine? They terribly wrong, it tells me I'm like 16% but with a caliper I'm around 10%

No they have alterior motives to make you think you are fat ie get you to take them on as a personal trainer !!What a waist of fucking time and money that was.
I was thinking i was in the 12 to 14 % range judging by other guys i have seen.

Anyway does someone know a person i can go to in durban that isint a conartist ?

you can take me up on it. see if you can find a proper Bf test. Believe me. I use to be 21% Bf and thats not it bro!

bro go look at my thread called low dosed cycle my recent photo is 18.7 percent bodyfat. theres no way you are 21 percent.

Ya I know I am way under 21 percent , just irritated , I wanted a professional assessment of my body fat so I could have a base to work from in the future.
I have bought my own calipers and ill teach my self or my wife to do it so I can track what's happening.
How many points do you guys use to determine body fat with calipers ?
