Yes you need a prescription! And it work very well, I stopped smoking about 7months ago! The only advise I can give is to get two months worth of pills, even if you feel fine after the first month! And secondly, make sure you stop smoking completely on the day you chose, otherwise its an uphill battle! Good luck

Weight training not much, but cardio wise yes a very big diffence! Getting fit was never this easy! But most off all just the overall sence off being healthy, getting up easier ec! The only sides i had was short term memory was stuffed up, that and the stomach burn when taking it!

It really does take that being on edge away, the cravings get a bit better too, but they are still there, just easier to resist them

The pamphlet suggests you smoke for the first 3 weeks when using the drug.

It should be a piece of cake bro aslong as your determined to quit. The drug will help and you'll be on your cycle which will take your mind off smoking!

Good luck man.

If I remember correctly you can choose a day aslong as its before 3weeks! I stopped smoking on day 7! Chances are good you won't want to smoke by that time anyway, due to sigs not satisfying you so much anymore!

I can't remember the exact sience behind it all but put blandly sigs won't taste as nice and you won't get the satisfaction from it either, so yes you will automatically start to smoke less! You will still need to pick that day and make the decision to stop, as it won't kill it completely! But like everything in life there are some cases thats different!

I am not familiar with Champix, but I suggest you get Allen Carr's EASY WAY to stop smoking.

It helped me and several of my friends stop with no drama at all.

Best of luck either way!

I was a smoker for since I was 15. A packet of Marlboro a day and two if its on weekends. I wasn't even that keen to stop seeing that I was still a student, but I heard great things about the book so I thought I would just give it a read. I stopped immediately. No cravings, no aggression, no eating the whole fridge, just an immediate sense of well-being. Best decision of my life bro!

Don't stress about becoming all cranky.
Read the book and you will be happy as a pig from the moment you free yourself from the slavery of cigarettes.
In fact, you might even be in a better mood than usual cos you're not choking yourself all day :)
