Does anyone on the forum have any experience with IOD claims and the Department of Labour? Im considering taking IOD cases as I have the time currently and dont mind the delay in payment. Also have some contacts in the local casualty ward and can get quite a bit of IOD referrals and extra work.

Is one assured of receiving payment, even if the delay is very long?
Um, but im scared of needles...
