Make sure you deal with a plastic surgeon.

Why is that 00pump? I'm asking out of curiosity... do they use different procedures to remove the tissue?

I'm guessing they don't leave ugly scars, and know where to make incisions to make it less noticeable.

Id guess the procedure would be similar to that of female breast reduction surgery watching way too much doctor 90210 id presume they'd be more familiar with the techniques involved, dealing with scar reduction and focusing mainly on the aesthetic outcome (why you would go through such an ordeal) whereas a normal surgeon would be more than capable of removing the breast tissue, although they have not received the extra training in keeping things looking as best as possible, they more just get the job done.

Dont know much about entry paths (where they make the incisions) but i think one would favor the under arm approach instead cutting on the nipple edge, and as we don't obviously have breasts i don't think the underbreast entry would be considered.

You will need a recommendation from a GP though, so consult your local doc and they can assist further. Where are you based ?

Your general surgeon do not use tools like that of Liposuction, they also don't normally use drains, it is also such a delicate procedure that if they get it wrong, you left with this hole in your chest, a big dent. The scars, etc I'm not worried about that takes 2 seconds for them to stitch you up, and they hardly even use stitches but they use a type of plaster that keeps everything together. The biggest things is the blood sitting, so you need drains if they cut allot of tissue and the second thing is, the plastic surgeon is trained to finish the job making sure no tissue is left or to much taken out and you left with a dent. If you just getting a small bit cut out, then I wouldn't worry about using a general surgeon.
