12:00 - different lunches at work, these are full meals
15:00 - another shake
17:30 - banana, juice etc before start of kettlebell session
19:00 - supper, depends what has been cooked for the week, but normally pasta, rice, chicken, fish and plenty veg. dont really eat red meat.
my wife is desparately trying to loose fat around mid section and legs, takes off the shelf fat burners but dont think they work. she eats fish only and veg.
