Virgin Tracker

What is your guys take on the new virgin tracker?

for those who haven't seen it, its a scale with metal plates in the floor and metal nodes on the handles that sends impulses through your body measuring your muscle mass and body fat etc...

i know its still not 100% but surely it must be better than that machine u put on your bicep for body fat they used to have

what do u guys think?

All I can say is the one at VA that you put on your bicep is a load of bull. Not even the BP reading is accurate. *shrug*

I speak under correction, but calipers would be your best bet and obviously someone that knows what they are doing.

@ jack e. I don't think any of the virgin equipment is too accurate. I don't see how my bf can change by up to 1% in 2 min. I just use it to track the change in bf, IF I use it.

Yea, i hear u, i got very excited when i lost 1% in 2 days - i guess i just wanted to believe soooo bad!! :blush:

... gonna go find me a trained individual with some calipers
