living and training in south korea was created by superbeast2
hi everyone. So i recently moved to south korea and i thought i should post some stuff on life work and training here. So i was 96 when i got here about a month ago and i am 93 now but given the high humidity and having to do my diet from scratch i think its ok to loose 3kg. If there are any questions please ask

yeah admin the dogs are on the menu but its a special breed and your only allowed to eat it outside city limits. it is also very expensive.

red meat is expensive ... i am about to eat a 250 gram steak that costs r300. other forms of protein are normal priced. i live of pork, fish and chicken.

there are a lot of gyms here but usually the dumbells only go to 30kg. barbell weights are plenty.

I have seen some big roid boys but they are us military. roids was legal here until 2001.

the place is worth the effort and the 25 to 30 thousand rand tax free salary with all expenses paid makes it worth while.

It probably depends on a few things, like your age, career and number of dependents. If you're thinking in tax and rand terms, I take it you're coming back to ZA?

What's the language barrier like, or do you stick with your contracting firm?

ok, so if your not in the us military u won't get any juice in this place. So I went to Thailand to go get some. its also kinda hard to get your hands on stuff there but I found a pharmacy at paptong night market that sold me some ug and pharmacy gear. prices are good and stuff looks like nomad but under the British pharm label. I will start using today, hopefully there not fakes.

How's it going super beast? I've just recently moved to South Korea myself and have started up in a Gym in my part of the world. I was wondering if you could pass on any advice as to where you get good quality (and priced) whey from? any sites that you use or? any info would be greatly appreciated. As for getting gear down this side, well that's another whole kettle of fish I feel will take quite some time before I make any headway.
