Mass for women was created by gambit
Hi peeps.

My wife is struggling with her weight, well to put on weight that is. She is 24yrs old,1.74m tall and weighs 48kg's, so she is pretty skinny. When she was pregnant with our son about 2years ago she picked up close to 30kg's and she was so happy, lol, she wanted to keep atleast 10kg's but she lost everything a few months after she gave birth. Most of it ws due to work stress but she has changed jobs and still battling to pick up. 2 months ago i bought her Biogen Bulk 45/150 which helped, she gained 4 kg's but now with the fast she lost it all again. I was thinking of using the biogen again but i dont really like it as it falls under USN and we pretty much know USN is crap. Thus your help/advice here will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.

Hey Gambit,

Well, you've answered your own question really.

A Mass gainer worked before, it will work again. USN maybe crap in some people's eyes, and in comparison to real food it probably is. The fact is Biogen worked for your wife, so why change?

If you're put off by other peoples opinions of the parent brand, then buy SSN, Evox, ON etc - there are plenty of brands out there who do Mass Builders.

Alternatively just get her to eat more carbs/protein throughout the day.

Without seeing her diet it would be hard for people to comment on exactly where she should improve and get extra calories in.

Hey DC
thanks for the response.. Yes the Biogen did work, I was just scared that it would end up having a negative effect on her later, but reckon we should stick with it.. Well, from what i know, my wife eats whatever she can get her hands on..lol.. like french toast for breakfast and chiprolls or burgers for lunch.. Not quite a healthy eater but yeah, what can i do, she's thin and needs to eat as much as she can. I got her to have the biogen shakes with breakfast and lunch and that helped. Ok, so she must just increase her calorie intake substantially. I wa thinking of putting her on the Evox 5xl next, but for now she is having the Evox Solid mass in the mornings.

One bit of advice would be that she does not discuss her problem with other chicks cause she will probably get lynched !!!
