Weight loss products

Its obvious that exercise and correct diet are the key factors to weight loss. Are there any products that can speed up the process?! I am stagnating at my current weight.

Also, the FLAB on my upper inner thighs won't budge!! I am starting with a personal trainer to step it up, but its just taking forever and I am starting to get demotivated cos I am stuck!

Any product or supplement advice?

ummm You all ready using FoF, If the pills dont work then its your diet to blame. Get that fix, most girls under eat and by this you shooting yourself in the foot. Post your diet and we will take a look at it :evil:

Or rather contact dj, you should take a look at his cliets progress for weight gain and weight loss, truly impressive, I haven't used his diet but hopefully 1 day when I'm working I'll def. Contact him.. Use your money wisely and get the correct diet..

Kitty: I think you answered your own question with your very first comment. Diet and training is the KEY. I know how it feels to not move anywhere with your weight and not see changes for such a long time you get super dejected...

Get the right diet first. Then when you know ur diet is working, then add the sups. Using sups would not do alot for you.

There are alot of sups for weight loss, but they also only help if you get the right eating and training plan. Been there...

Just dont give up yet.

HI Kitty:Theres really no magic potion for fat-Loss,except LIPOSUCTION,liposuction is used on stubborn areas that are resistent to Exercise ansd diet.Theres the ECA-stack,thats epedrine,caffeine and aspirin.They used to sell this in health food stores,but some wimp/wimps had a negative reaction to the Epedrine,but it work and all you really need is the first 2.The aspirin actually makes the bllod thinner,and can cause good and bad problems.BE patient. yours truly johnny
